As HETAS approved installer we attend refresher courses and always contact HETAS if information is required. A HETAS certificate is issued after work is carried out to the highest standard and is required by an insurance company in the event of a claim.

David
David has a wealth of experience having been in the roofing trade for over 30 years. He specialised in Collyweston stone slating and chimney work.
David is a HETAS approved engineer and is happy to discuss all your requirements, whether it is an alteration to your existing fireplace, purchasing a new wood burner or stove, fitting an appliance that you have purchased or service and repairs made to your existing appliance.
Denise
Denise has 17 years experience on the office side of the building trade. Her main priority is the customer, being on hand to discuss all requirements from the beginning of the job to the end.
Denise offers a common sense approach to supplying appliances and materials needed to complete your job and gives a friendly and flexible service when arranging the maintenance of your appliance once fitted
Denise is always at the end of the phone to ensure customer satisfaction, you can call her any time of the day.
